Meet Noella.

Noella is dedicated to helping funders and founders move from "what if" to "here is exactly how."

Through ONE Advisory, she draws on a decade of global experience in health, education, and livelihoods to design solutions that are as contextually grounded as they are scalable.

A Tanzanian-born leader who has lived and worked across three continents, Noella brings a unique ear to mission-driven work, specializing in building genuine mutuality between global funders and proximate leaders.

She holds a Master’s in Clinical Science & Immunology from the University of Cape Town, where she was a Mandela-Rhodes Scholar.
